Yes Please by Amy Poehler is a hilarious book about the life of SNL alum Amy Poehler.

You do not have to be aware of her career in order to enjoy this book. She discusses everything from the trials of trying to be successful without losing one’s self in the world of Hollywood (and New York) to the pressure to lose her Boston accent while preforming improv.

One of my favourite parts of the book is that although she discusses her divorce and some stories from the sets of her hit television shows, she never speaks poorly of anyone.

I laughed aloud while reading this book. Great read!
